Reputation management and crisis communications is a dedicated Rostrum service line led by our managing director Nick Bolshaw and Rostrum’s senior team.  We manage media relations during a crisis, preparing press statements, monitoring the news agenda, and consulting with our clients to ensure the issues are handled effectively.  Good crisis communications is all about preparedness and planning. We will ensure your top team is always up to date in terms of their media training and ability to handle media relations in a crisis – while the Rostrum team works on crisis management planning and processes with your marketing and comms stakeholders.
