Duff & Phelps’ annual Global Regulatory Outlook (GRO) report, which takes the pulse of senior financial services executives around the world, is one of our favourite campaigns. This year, the Rostrum team secured an exclusive with the Financial Times, and the findings were covered extensively across all major nationals online and in print, as well as BBC Radio London as a breaking story.

Our lead statistic was that more bankers around the world think that New York is now the leading financial centre, pushing London into second place. Duff & Phelps’ Nick Bayley discussed these issues live on Sky’s ‘Today’s Business News’ show, and the launch was also featured on French TV channel, France 5, and it became a multi-day trending topic on LinkedIn’s ‘Today’s News & Views’ section.

The findings aren’t all bad news for the UK financial sector. London’s regulatory environment was seen as the most favorable globally.

Rostrum’s remit for Global Regulatory Outlook was expanded this year, as we supported Duff & Phelps on content, planning and digital design, as well as handling the media launch. To read the full report, please visit https://bit.ly/3182FN8.
