It’s been three weeks since Rostrum’s 6th annual Agency Day, a highly anticipated event in the Rostrum calendar where we have the opportunity to get together as a team to celebrate our successes and discuss next steps for the year ahead.
This year, we learnt that we could still get together and celebrate the past year, even though it wasn’t possible to do so physically. We ran the whole day virtually, including a number of workshops hosted by members of our senior team. These sessions covered a range of topics, ranging from how Rostrum has adapted to the COVID-19 crisis and our plans for the year ahead, to tips on how to drill down into a client’s target audience and a look at the agency’s performance over the past 12 months.
In previous years, Agency Day has always involved a Champagne reception, afternoon tea, snacks throughout the day, and an open bar in the evening. As this was not possible this year, Rostrum gifted a £50 voucher to each team member to spend on something to enjoy during our virtual team lunch and evening drinks.
At Rostrum, our values are to be Bold, Connected, Together, Curious and Better, and these are more important now than ever. Despite the current climate, Agency Day 2020 reminded us that nothing can stop us from achieving great results for our clients and the agency. We’re extremely proud of our team who have worked hard to continue producing quality outcomes in a tough situation. We look forward to the day we can all meet up again, but in the meantime, we will continue to nurture our amazing team and deliver the stellar results that our clients have come to expect .
