In our latest Employee Engagement Survey, 100% of Rostrum employees agreed with the statement: “I often have fun at work,” and 94% felt that their job “makes good use of their skills and abilities”. Through regular discussions with your managers, you’ll be able to map out where you want to go in the company – and also receive the support that you need to get there. We hired 12 new people this year, promoted 8 team members and spent over £20,000 on training across the team, as well as countless hours of internal, ‘on-the-job’ development. Everyone has a monthly face-to-face appraisal with their manager, everyone has clear objectives to work towards, and our annual staff turnover rate is just 11%.

We think PR should be accessible to all – and at Rostrum, we think people who work should get paid. That’s why we offer paid internships throughout the year, usually lasting between two to four weeks. Don’t expect to be photocopying or making tea though. From day one, you’ll roll up your sleeves and get to work on actual projects with real deadlines.
In return you’ll be paid above the minimum wage and gain valuable skills that you won’t get from your course notes.
