Profile

Fleur is a Midweight Designer at Rostrum, where she shapes the visual identity of campaigns and content for clients across financial and professional services. Her remit spans brand work, editorial design, social assets, event collateral and the kind of considered art direction that lifts a piece of thought leadership from competent to memorable.

A graduate of Leeds Arts University, Fleur brings the rigour of a fine art and design education to commercial work, with a particular eye for typography, layout and the small details that distinguish a strong piece of communication. She is as comfortable building out a full brand system as she is turning a complex data story into a clean infographic or designing the look and feel of a report that clients actually want to read.

At Rostrum, she works closely with the wider creative and content teams to translate strategy into design that earns attention. Recent projects have ranged from refreshed visual identities and pitch materials to long-form research reports, animated social campaigns and event branding. She is interested in how design can carry tone, not just information, and in finding ways to make traditionally dry sectors feel modern, human and worth engaging with.

Fleur takes a collaborative approach, sketching options early, testing ideas in front of colleagues and clients, and refining quickly. She is comfortable working to tight editorial deadlines and across multiple accounts at once, balancing brand consistency with the need to keep each piece feeling fresh.

Outside of client work, she keeps a close eye on the wider design world, drawing on editorial design, publishing, fashion and contemporary art for reference. That breadth of influence shows up in work that feels current without chasing trends, and in a quiet confidence about what good design can do for a serious brand.
