Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services is one of the leading providers of employee benefits and rewards in the UK and is part of French food and facilities management giant Sodexo, one of the world’s largest companies.

The Brief

Rostrum’s remit has broadened from solely targeting HR professionals, where the business is now well known, to showcasing Sodexo’s HR expertise amongst a broader business audience. Following an acquisition, the business’ service offering expanded in to FMCG marketing – an entirely new arena for the company. This called for a strategic introduction of the brand in to the industry, heavily supported by PR activity.

Rostrum’s transformation of Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services’ profile amongst HR professionals is maintained with regular, meaningful activity.
