Rostrum supports leading employee benefits provider, Sodexo Engage, part of the Sodexo Group, with its PR activity in the national, regional and sector-specific press.

Our remit includes performing a dedicated press office function, providing strategic counsel, developing integrated PR and marketing plans, producing compelling content, and raising brand awareness among the business’ key audiences.

We devise creative synopses to engage key trade and national press, pitching article ideas and drafting copy to cement Sodexo’s spokespeople as go-to thought leaders in the HR space. Our ongoing media outreach generates a constant flow of opportunities for Sodexo experts to comment on topics including diversity and inclusion, employee engagement strategies, and employee rewards and recognition. We have also worked closely with the Sodexo team to develop press releases and opinion pieces looking at employee wellbeing tips in a post-pandemic work environment.

Since 2010, Rostrum has partnered with Sodexo Engage on a variety of projects and campaigns. In addition to providing a dedicated PR function, we have also supported the business through a rebrand, launched a number of creative campaigns and research projects, and managed the brand’s social media channels.

Rostrum’s in-house training function and strategic leads have also worked with senior members of the Sodexo team to provide media training, tone of voice guidelines and brand messaging workshops.

Our strong relationships with key journalists writing about HR and employee benefits in the national press and in the trade media have allowed us to successfully implement a media briefing programme for Sodexo’s spokespeople, introducing them to key publications and achieving widespread coverage in key titles.
