
EY: Social media strategy and social listening
Rostrum supports EY, the global professional services firm, with its social media strategy, advising on how the business can get the most out of its various social platforms and producing engaging content to be shared across numerous channels.
Our remit includes boosting engagement on Twitter, increasing relevant followers across multiple corporate accounts, tracking competitors and delivering compelling, sharable content. All communications are managed via a central content hub here at Rostrum, allowing us to respond swiftly to all social interactions and queries on behalf of the client.
Rostrum also undertakes social listening for EY with its target clients. Social listening enables us to understand what potential EY customers perceive to be valuable content, where they spend time online, and how they consume social content.
Rostrum also identifies key decision makers within target prospects for EY, performing ‘deep-dives’ into their online habits and preferences. The insights that we generate allow us to better tailor messages and content for EY’s core target audiences and form the basis of the planning for EY’s content campaigns.
