Changes to senior team reflects Rostrum’s commitment to a positive team culture, sustainable growth

Rostrum, the full-service communications agency, has announced new roles for two of its senior team. Nick Bolshaw, one of Rostrum’s owners and current MD, is moving to the role of Chief Operating Officer to better reflect his role and responsibilities within the agency.

Michael Kahn, Director of Resources and Development, has been promoted to become Rostrum’s first ever Chief of Staff, reporting directly to business owners Nick Bolshaw and Mark Houlding, the agency’s CEO, with a wide-ranging remit to manage all people-related matters at the agency.

In his previous role at Rostrum, Michael Kahn was responsible for areas ranging from HR strategy, recruitment, and inductions to staff development, socials and employee benefits. As Chief of Staff, he will continue his work in all these areas, whilst also fostering a positive culture by focussing on initiatives that encourage teamwork, reward strong performance and promote the agency’s core values at all levels.

As a result, Nick Bolshaw will be freed up to oversee the agency’s overall operations, with a particular focus on sustainable growth, financial stability, and implementing new technologies and ways of working that will benefit the agency’s clients.
