As Rostrum’s MD, I am in charge of the day-to-day operational running of the business, which includes our business strategy, operations and client services. Over the past 10 years I’ve transformed the way that we measure and report on what we do for our clients, and can confidently say that Rostrum is now an industry leader in the reporting, measurement and evaluation of PR. I’ve also worked closely with the PRCA to implement its Consultancy Management Standard (CMS), which benchmarks best practice in the way agencies are run and managed. We scored 97% against an industry average of 60% – the highest score ever recorded in the UK.
During my 15 year career in PR, I have created and led campaigns across multiple sectors, but have particular expertise in technology, retail and payments. When I’m not at work, I’m usually busy with my four young children, but also love to follow most sports – particularly rugby and cricket.
